Person Centred Care

We hold ourselves to the highest standards of practice so that every resident is treated with the respect, dignity and grace that we all deserve.

Specialists in Learning Disability, our care approach is person-centred; focusing on individual’s needs, personal abilities and  preferences, and providing a bespoke care plan that promotes our residents’ growth and independence.

Our 5 beds residential care units, allows us to provide personalised one-to-one care, ensuring that our residents get all the support and care they deserve.

Whether it’s at home or out in the community, our residents will always be accompanied by our highly trained support workers

We believe that our friendly and professional team at Northbrook Homes is an essential part of our service, frequently going the extra mile to do their very best for the people they support. 

From supporting people living in our homes, to making sure that activities genuinely reflect people’s choices, we are proud of how our staff strive to bring happiness and fulfilment to the lives of our residents.

Northbrook Homes is dedicated to the continuous development and improvement of our staff, in a way that that directly improves the quality of life of the people we support.

All new staff are required to attend and complete a general, and service-specific induction programme which meets Care Certificate requirements. From there they move into personal development programmes that further develop their knowledge skills and motivation to achieve a high quality of service for the people we support.
