Our residential homes are adapted to provide a truly patient-centred approach to care. With wheelchair ramps; mobility support equipment and even ground floor en-suite bedrooms, Northbrook Homes provide safe and secure living spaces for all residents.

Each home has 5 single bedrooms, a communal lounge and dining room, with separate Kitchen and laundry facilities

Each property includes a private garden with greenery and flowers for our residents to enjoy and partake in a range of gardening activities

Easy access to Ilford Town centre, which has a wide range of shops and services; a local mall, supermarkets hairdressers, post office, cafes, pubs, restaurants, library, and banks.

All our of residents are registered with the local GP practice, dental team and learning disability team, with in-house appointments also provided where required.

Located a short walk away from Ilford Town Centre, our flagship residential care home provides affordable, and residential care to adults with learning disabilities.

St Lukes Care Home
Opened in 2020, St Lukes Care Home is located between Ilford and Barking Town Centres, with our residents having easy access to either through a range of readily available transport links.
